Harley Willey Jr., Founder
1971
In 1971, the same year that Walt Disney World opened in Orlando, Intel released its first microprocessor 4004, and Congress changed the legal voting age to 18, Harley Willey Jr., Bill Frazier, Mike Beckelman, and Joe Willey, owners of Hirsig-Frazier (an automotive manufacturer’s representative firm), incorporated Belmont Enterprises, Inc. Our name came from H-F’s address at 4333 Belmont Ave, Dallas, TX.
Our founders recognized the need for a separate company and sales team to focus on the growing industrial market place, and worked closely with key customers and principal partners in starting Belmont Enterprises.
Belmont was founded on the same principles as Hirsig-Frazier, with our employees being our most important asset. We are focused on growing the business of our principal partners, creating a stable work environment for our employees.
We create new business through focusing on the end-user in our market. By developing these relationships and offering value to the end-customer, we build value with both our principals and customers. We work extensively with HSE Professionals and maintenance managers, developing unique product and program solutions.
1984
In 1984, Pat Willey joined Belmont after 3 years with Parker Hannifin, as a territory salesman covering east & south Texas. Pat increased the company's sales team to 5 people, covering Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
1993
In 1993, Pat Willey & Jerry McMahan finalized the purchase of Belmont Enterprises, from the original founders, and Pat moved to Dallas to become President of Belmont. At this time Belmont had a sales team of 6, covering its combined territory.
1998
In 1998 Belmont Enterprises had several principals request coverage in Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, and Kansas. Two additional sales people were added in those areas to address the new market and its growth.

In 2007, Chris Sevier was added to the ownership team.
2016
